Paid Rs 6999 for notes customer care taking call saying hello cutting the call ,no proper message invoice or email from their side unless you write repeatedly they won’t respond . Last 2 days saying will sending order tracking so far no response ,loosing time patience everything with them . Horrible service . Thinking whether to approach them for future services , wanted to join here because if the teaching way and authenticity of dr Praveen Tripathy but the response from admin customer care is so irresponsible playing with another’s persons time . When there is no cod proper response or message from customer care side for order confirmation , with such a disastrous experience how do i even think of subscribing even though teaching and materials are good

I am a psychiaty resident in my third year. I am glad that Praveen Sir is making this happening. The app is really kind of a moon. I just have one with the iPad version of the app. The app crashes in the middle of a video as the video just freezes while playing in the midway.
