I’m happy with this billing software. It is simple, user-friendly, and makes managing billing and daily business operations much easier. The interface is easy to understand, and the overall process is quick and convenient.One area that could be improved is the service reminder feature. Unfortunately, the service reminder option is currently not available for users in the UAE. Having this feature available in the UAE would be very helpful for businesses, especially for keeping customers informed about their upcoming services.

Gold Subscription, Secondary Admin Issue Still Unresolved

I am extremely disappointed that this issue is still unresolved despite being reported nearly a month ago. I am a Gold subscription member, and my friend is correctly added as a Secondary Admin under my account. However, every time he clicks on any feature or menu in the Vyapar app, he is redirected to the subscription page instead of being able to use the app. This makes the Secondary Admin account practically unusable.I had already reported this issue earlier and was advised to send a screen recording if it happened again. I have attached the video clearly showing the problem. I have also emailed them and messaged them on WhatsApp, but there has still been no proper resolution. As a paying Gold customer, I expected better support and a permanent fix by now. Unfortunately, the issue has reoccurred, and I am disappointed with how long it has taken to address it.Please investigate this urgently and provide a proper fix. If this continues without resolution, I will have no choice but to reflect my experience in my App Store review.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Poor App & Worst Privacy Control

Vyapar app has serious privacy and management problems, especially for business owners using iPhone.There is NO privacy between owner and employees.On iPhone, even when using Salesman options, employees can still see purchase price, stock value, and profit-related data. This is extremely dangerous for any business.Employees don’t understand taxes, expenses, or profit calculation, but they start questioning owner margins after seeing internal data. Because of this issue, my two employees left my company and it created unnecessary conflict and loss.I have been complaining continuously for more than 6 months, but Vyapar support has not resolved anything. Every time they give excuses instead of solutions.It honestly feels like Vyapar company does not even test their app properly on iPhone. My guess is they don’t even own an iPhone to check these problems, which shows how careless and unprofessional they are.For a paid business app, this level of poor privacy control, bad support, and negligence is unacceptable.I DO NOT recommend Vyapar to any serious business owner, especially those who have staff and use iPhones.Very disappointing experience.

I run a utensils store, and the Vyapar App has truly made my business management simple and effective. From GST billing to stock tracking and payment reminders, everything works smoothly. It saves a lot of time and keeps my records well-organized.One small suggestion: When selecting a business type, there is currently no “Utensils Store” option. It would be great if you could add it so shop owners like me can select the correct category.Your app is amazing! Highly recommended to all shopkeepers and small business owners.
