This is one of the best apps I’ve ever seen. I’ve made so many meaningful connections. However, after the latest update, I was blocked from accessing the app and my chats. I’ve sent a mail as a block appeal, but I haven’t heard back. Please look into the matter asap, and please reassure that my most frequent chats are not lost if/when the block is uplifted. I have no other means to connect to the amazing people I’ve met on the platform, and if I lose those chats, I’ll have no other way to find and reconnect with them. I am writing to raise a concern regarding my recent experience with the app. As a new user, I registered and uploaded my details, after which I began receiving multiple notifications. I accepted a few requests and interacted with several users. However, I noticed that some individuals did not have good intentions, and the conversations were not appropriate or friendly. As a result, I chose to remove and block those users from my side. While I was still exploring the app and trying to connect with genuine people, my account was suddenly blocked without any prior warning or explanation. I would like to clearly state that I have always maintained respectful and friendly communication. I am confident that I did not use any inappropriate or offensive language at any point.Moreover, I was not even allowed to take screenshots or collect any evidence, as the account was blocked instantly without notice.I kindly request you to review my account and provide a clear explanation for this action. I would also appreciate reconsideration of my account status.

New update ruined the app

This app was excellent for online socializing, but the recent update has significantly reduced its value. Premium users were promised unlimited messaging, yet we are now limited to only 10 initiation messages per week.This was the key feature that differentiated the app from competitors, and removing it undermines the core premium benefit :((I am still gonna give it a 5/5 because it is the best app to socialise out there.
