This app is really good compared to old one.1: we can eject the device2: we can browse original storage of each dataOnly drawback is selecting data is difficult. We can’t drag and select multiple data easily like iPhone. If that features comes then it will be useful.

Disappointing Experience with Sandisk Memory Zone App - Super slow and unreliable

I'm extremely frustrated with the Sandisk Memory Zone app for my iXpand Flash Drive. The app's supposed to synchronize and automatically backup files from my phone to the drive, but it doesn't work at all. Every time I try to use it, the app takes an infinite amount of time to start uploading files. I've waited for hours, but nothing happens.Compared to the old iXpand Drive app, which was fast and efficient, the Memory Zone app is a huge step backward. It's slow, unresponsive, and utterly disappointing. For a product from a reputable brand like Sandisk, I expect better performance and reliability.Unless Sandisk addresses these issues, I'd advise others to look for alternative options. The iXpand Drive's hardware is great, but the app's performance is a major letdown.

What happens if there’s a data breach? You’re just asking for trouble. Private Vault is missing, so any semblance of security or privacy is non-existent.I trusted Sandisk to help me preserve my memories, but instead, they've left me with nothing but wasted money and broken promises. If you're looking for a reliable, secure way to store your files, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Sandisk has ruined everything.

Useless App / Waste of time & money

Totally useless and time waste purchase. It takes lot of time to move your data from mobile to this drive. Selecting what to move from your gallery is another time consuming task. If it had an option to filter just videos would’ve been easy to use it. Mostly people will move their old heavy videos from mobile to this drive to free up the space but in UI while selecting you can’t distinguish between image and video and you have to scroll all the media to select each item. Please atleast give option to sort data month-wise, format wise it would be 100x easy and smooth for your audience to use the app. I can see from the reviews people are not very much happy with the app.
