I bought the target batch alteast 20 days ago and paid ₹5000 ,the staff told that it will have video solutions and whatnot now the app is aking ₹10,000 again just so that I could access the thing I have already paid for . I don’t know if it’s a glitch or what I have already refreshed the many times but if it is some kind of wicked tactic then shame on youNice sly move by Neetprep to scam students🫡 If not then I am sorry

Too many bugs and glitches

The app is randomly crashing everytime i try to solve questions…..initially i purchased the batch when there was no app …just the website….it was much worse …..some popup would appear showing “error” everytime when u generated a DPP with more than 30-40 questions and was a nuisance …..so i stopped using it …..but then a few months later the app was launched and it was working fine …but now it has started doing tha same mumbo jumbo……I received no assistance even after mailing, calling the customer support thrice …..

Spam messages to number post account deletion

I had installed and signed up with neet prep a long while ago, but decided to stop using it and deleted the app, I noticed constant spam messages from neet prep through sms and whatsapp. Noticed, I deleted my account and asked the support tran through whatsapp and email to delete my account and not to spam or send me any messages henceforth. YET Im still getting spam on my number. Please hope the support team does something.
