Disappointed Experience – Credits Used Without Delivering the Video

I purchased credits for this app with the expectation of generating videos, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The app consumed all of my credits, yet the video was never created. I trusted the service and spent money on it, but did not receive the expected result. I hope the developers address this issue and improve the reliability of the platform, as well as provide better support for affected users.
