I have got their trial and got to know it has to be viewed by their official application. I downloaded it, and after sometime tried to cancel the subscription but their app was not working. Which let me not cancel my subscription. I waited for the other day, but my subscription was already charged. I raised the issue as soon as this happened. Firstly, pathetic and boring content. Second , they got app issues which did not let me cancel their subscription. At last when I tried to connect with them, for a refund they kept on changing the customer service people, all of them kept saying I cannot get a refund. This is really a scam. I even tried telling them that I might take this action online to which they had an automated reply saying no refund will be provided.Don’t download the app, my hard earned money goes into this third class app. Beware.

The whole app is a scam. It popped up on my Instagram feed and their ₹1 was a great deal so I installed the app and paid. I didn’t know tat the ₹1 trial pack after 3 days will activate my autopay at google pay app which was ₹599 for each months. And I am unable to cancel nor paused the autopay from google pay and the merchant app (Story Tv). I wanted to cancel the autopay but it won’t enable. I also tried emailing them 3-4 times but no response then I decided to contact their customer support but turns out the phone number is not valid. However, in my case my bank balance was low and they weren’t able to deduct the ₹599 for their subscription. There were 3-4 fail attempts each day. It has been like tat for 5 days from now. So for now I can’t keep money more than ₹599. The app is a whole scam. Not recommended at all👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.
