I joined SBZEE after a marketing representative assured me that if I didn’t like the service or prices, my wallet recharge amount would be refunded. Based on that assurance, I recharged ₹299 and placed an order. However, I found the prices to be significantly higher than local markets and other delivery platforms. The service also provides next-morning delivery rather than quick delivery, which did not meet my expectations.When I requested a refund as promised, the company refused and instead asked me to utilize the wallet balance. This experience feels misleading and has completely eroded my trust in the brand. Because of this, SBZEE has not only lost my trust but also lost a customer. Very disappointed with the service and the way customer concerns are handled.

Items ordered. Price added, hope it will deliver within 10-11 minutes but No, SMS says it will be delivered tomorrow morning. Next morning no item has been delivered. Lodge complaint over email, mailbox. Re-ordered with request to send items as urgent being cooking items. Also Reported through email, personally over phone with same request severally, but no delivery took place yet. Now my phone does not picking up. Don’t trust. Its vegitable counter is 500 meter away from my flat.
