Thanks for the update. I’ve updated the app and will check how it performs.Just one feedback after using the new app. I still feel the older BSNL app was much smoother and more responsive. The screen also fitted better in the old app. In the new app, the content looks slightly stretched/zoomed out, which makes the overall UI feel a little less natural. I’m attaching screenshots of both for comparison.Also, when I click on some of the options in the new app, there is a noticeable lag before the next screen appears. The app eventually opens the option, but the response doesn’t feel as quick as the old app.One more suggestion I’d like to share. Since mobile numbers are now frequently recycled and allotted to new customers, it would be really useful if BSNL could show some basic history of the number to the current customer. For example, when the number was first activated and, before it was allotted to the current customer, when it was last active and when it was deactivated.This would be quite helpful for customers who get a recycled number, especially when they start receiving calls/messages or facing issues related to the previous user.Overall, I appreciate the improvements in the new app. Just sharing these points based on actual usage, as I feel the older app was smoother in these aspects.

Recharge failure and log in difficulty

Try to use the old version of self care to recharge the number. I have installed this new version and tried to recharge my number. App got struck and money gone from bank account. Even after days of complaint registration and call centre intimation, didn’t receive the amount back till now. Also log in to this app is worst experience. Worst App. You will not even see the complaint registered through this app. The app will completely disappear your complaint without even showing status.
