See your prescription in the app: open the appointment and tap View prescription. You'll also get a notification when your doctor sends it. Video consultations: the join link in your SMS now opens this app, and video visits no longer show a clinic address or directions.

If you pay a no-show fee to move a missed appointment, you can now open and share a separate receipt for that fee from the appointment's Receipt screen. Plus bug fixes and improvements.

Redesigned app: clearer screens, larger type, your clinic's logo throughout, and a simpler booking flow.

You can now reschedule a missed appointment directly from the app. Previously this was not available for this clinic and you had to call. Seat availability also refreshes whenever you return to the slot screen, so the places shown are the places actually left.

Pick your state and city from a list when registering or editing your profile. You'll also see a gentle note inside the app when a newer version is available.

• Clinics that run a whole-day session now show the date instead of a time — book the day, check in when you arrive, and you are given a token. • The date list now shows how full each day is, and opens on a day that still has places. • Bug fixes and stability improvements.

Your clinic can now choose what to ask you for before a visit, separately for in-clinic and video appointments. Sharing reports and previous prescriptions is always available.

Patients under 18 are now booked under a parent or guardian, who is recorded with the appointment. Bug fixes and stability improvements.

When you book, the clinic now asks for your consent to use your health information, and shows you exactly what that covers. You can read the wording before you confirm, and nothing is charged if you choose not to agree.

Tapping the video consultation link in your SMS now opens the app directly, instead of a browser.

• Clearer payment breakdown before you pay — the consultation fee, platform fee and taxes are now listed separately, with a clearly labelled total. • Your receipt shows the same itemised breakdown. • Stability and performance improvements.

• You can now open our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy right from your Profile screen. • Stability improvements.

Reliability improvements to notifications, plus bug fixes and stability updates.
