From my perspective, the government’s decision to award this contract raises serious questions. The contract appears to have been awarded to a relatively new company with a limited track record, yet the application has consistently failed to deliver reliable service. A large section of farmers is suffering because the app is often unusable. In my experience, it either ends with a TLS error or an HTTP connectivity error, making it impossible to complete the required tasks. If these issues have persisted despite repeated complaints, the authorities should thoroughly review both the procurement process and the contractor’s performance to ensure public funds are being used effectively and that farmers receive a reliable service.
