• Every festival now shows its stage — Upcoming, Live, Completed or Archived — across the app.

• Completed festivals stay open for 10 days for final chanda and expenses, with a reminder for pending expense requests, then become a read-only record.
• Archive an upcoming festival, or bring an upcoming or live one back if archived by mistake.
• Photos can be added from the festival's first day.
