We were finding it difficult to look for pet friendly hotels for October holidays and the customer service assistant helped us search for the place and the hotel which was an amazing option and was exactly what we were expecting for this holidays. Take a local bus, to have proper pick up and drop point

I booked a seat for my mother from Bhagwan talkies to Ballabhgarh bus stand. First this bus doesn't go from bhagwan talkies, it goes from Shree talkies. Why the hell you displayed pick point as bhagwan talkies chouraha in my ticket. So that people can run for a 1 km patch to find you. Secondly the number shared with me for my booking was for noida bus service. So that Passenger could get no help.And this doesn't end here, at the drop point I selected Ballabhgarh bus stand. What the bus driver did, to save his time he drove this bus over the Ballabhgarh flyover. So that passenger have to take a drop at the start of flyover and he or she has to walk for almost 1 km to catch a local auto or rickshaw. What is the whole point of giving this option of selecting pick up and drop point Mr. Owner. When all you guys want to do is giving trouble to passengers.

Poor customer care support

I had a very frustrating experience with a recent flight booking. When I realized a date mistake shortly after booking, I contacted customer support immediately to request a change. Despite multiple attempts and several hours of follow-up, the issue was not resolved in time.The responses from support were mostly generic and did not clearly address the actual concerns raised. System limitations and airline policies were repeatedly cited, but there was little accountability for the delays during the change process.Overall, the experience felt unnecessarily complicated for something that could have been handled much more efficiently. I hope the platform improves how such situations are handled in the future.

Very bad handling of refunds

It's been a year and I haven't got my refund yet. I understand the refund process is slow because of corona. But, i have been calling them for a year and the only reply i get is - ITS IS UNDER PROCESS. No one knows what's happening. I requested a cancellation a year back, 2 days back i got a mail stating that MY REFUND PROCESS IS INITIATED. It's frustrating to know that they INITIATED the process after a YEAR. Worst Part is, I received a refund of only 2.5 EUR for a ticket of 100 EUR. And the flight was cancelled by the airlines, not by me :( Very disappointed. I lost my 100 EUR IN THIS APP for nothing.I would not recommend this app, not even to my least favourite person.
