Hello to whoever this may concern; as a software engineer, I am always a go-to person to pay for apps upfront and have subscriptions. But here's a catch, people only pay if they have trust in the brand. When purchasing something new, they would first like to try it out. You see, you are losing potential customers because they don't even know how your app works. After all, your model is forcing them to pay something without giving them a hands-on display. And them also includes me. If your model makes customers subscribe, fine, let them at least try it for a week or more to see the potential of such an interesting concept you have created here.

Shockingly this app is such a garbage, don’t understand how it got even 3.5 rating, so bad in every given ways, don’t know where to start from. Guys please don’t install or put in any money in this, have tried it, I feel like I have been literally been fooled even for trying. Firstly you will feel like a fool for subscribing this app because there are no other ways to use than put money first, secondly when you go inside the app you will find all crazy looking UI which is still okay, but the worst is you find 99.9% of ppl here with no photos or anything so you just need to like them based on their gender and age and nothing, and 1 or 2 matches if at all you manage to get they act really weird or don’t reply at all, and these are few issues and I can go on and on, bottom line please don’t be fooled by investing money or time in it, simply not worth, trust me. P.S. giving 1 star only because there is no -1 or lesser options.

I’ve been a premium user of Pure for 10 years+, that is, for as long as the app was created & existed - through both its good and bad times equally. I’ve been a premium member for this much time and suddenly I received a message yesterday that I’m banned - no warning l, no reason whatsoever. To add to the tragedy, when contacted for support on email, they fake it up that they are trying to support you - but only seek to extract more details from your Apple account so that you are completely banned. They take this as a mission - which may look good on performance appraisal of their moderation team - but for me as a customer it’s a harassment. Pure makes people a part of their community for quite long; but then expel them without assigning any reason? What kind of bullying is this?Plus- though not important for me, but could be for others - they decide to charge and keep the money for 10 years and claim that I’m disrespectful towards the Pure community?? This is capitalism at its finest: take arbitrary decisions and claim yourself to be ‘holier-than-thou’. Perhaps Pure has become more right-winger than it ever-was. Looking back - it was an app that was dull and useless in its initial years, but the model was promising. I - amongst other few users - considered myself a part of the community: the community that you today expel me out of without any basis or explanation!! Pathetic, and not so pure?It has happened to me today, and can happen to anybody. So would suggest to users to be wary of things that this “now-bogus” app claims to be!All I can say is I’m truly wronged!

I am a paid version holder of your app. Which is meant for nothing but to fool people, you claim that the likes a person sends to another person stays for 24 hours, rather I see that I need to like the same person twice or thrice in one single day(tried out with a friend and tested). Secondly, roll the dice, a simple way to earn money by asking people to pay to buy chips in order to save the chat (1 a day is given by you which is very grateful), once roll the dice happens a person who is using a free version can talk upto sometime but without showing any timer, the app auto disconnects and shows that the other partner gas left the chat. Can provide you screenshots if required, where the other person said they haven’t left the chat. Stop fooling people to this extent by just playing with their adrenaline rush to find partners for physical intimacy. Bear some shame.
