Is there a possibility of giving 0 star? I have been waiting for my refund since over a month now. The only thing i received was we will get back to you as soon as possible. I haven’t heard from them since then. I didn’t know that the least they care about is customer satisfaction. Both the buses i booked for the same trip on the same day were indefinitely delayed for around 3 hours each and informed me to claim for refund if i want. So basically I have paid for a bus ticket which i didn’t travel in and the other one which was 3 hours late and still i don’t get any refund or even a reply for over s month. Wow! Kudos to the customer service team!

FlixBus is hands down the worst bus service I’ve ever experienced. The staff couldn’t care less about passengers. I told them I didn’t know where they were and that I was trying to catch up, practically begging them to wait a moment, but they completely ignored me. Instead, they made me chase the bus for 2 kilometers to the next stop—for no reason at all! It was exhausting and ridiculous.Once I finally got on, I asked for a charging point because, honestly, who doesn’t need one these days? They bluntly said there wasn’t one. How does an AC bus not have a single charging point? It’s absurd. Then, in my sleeper bed, the AC switch was broken—I couldn’t even turn it off, so I was stuck freezing the whole ride. The bed itself was a joke—not even three-quarters intact, with a huge chunk missing from the corner like a shark took a bite out of it. I’m not exaggerating; I have photos and proof to back this up. It was filthy too—dust from previous passengers everywhere, and the bedside container was overflowing with trash—ice cream wrappers, food waste, you name it. Clearly, no one bothered to clean anything. Oh, and don’t expect basics like a pillow or a water bottle—they didn’t provide either. Not a single courtesy item to make the trip bearable.Save yourself the hassle and avoid FlixBus at all costs. Terrible service, rude staff, and zero comfort. I’ve got the evidence to show just how bad it was.

Terrible Experience - Completely Dissatisfied

I recently booked a journey from Delhi to Haridwar with FlixBus, and the entire experience was beyond frustrating. To start, they changed the pickup location at the last minute without proper communication. We went to the new location, only to find no clear information about the trip. The scheduled pickup time was 11:15 PM, but the bus was delayed, and we were not informed of any revised timing. When we approached the representatives for an update, they were incredibly unhelpful and provided no useful information. Finally, the bus arrived an hour late at 12:00 AM.Unfortunately, the nightmare continued on our return journey from Rishikesh to Delhi. The ETA for the bus was 12:25 AM, but once again, the bus did not arrive on time. We were left standing on the road, with no clue what was happening. I called the bus operator, only to be told the bus was already at the location. To my surprise, I found a bus from a completely different company, which I only realized after asking around. FlixBus had switched buses without informing us, and we only found out because I called them.Their lack of communication, responsibility, and customer care was shocking. I will never use FlixBus again and would strongly advise others to avoid their services. Completely dissatisfied.
I lost my Bag and a drone and never got it back

I traveled Europe through FlixBus and while i was travelling from Paris to Ghent at mid point I got very sick I had to use the bathroom and I informed driver before I left to use the washroom but still he left without me. And my bag and drone was still in the bus which I never got back though I complained immediately. They didn’t even want to help they could have talked to the bus driver but they never did and told me to wait for the mail for 14 days, I waited for 15-16 days and they never sent me the mail and then I sent the the messages through help section and they didn’t reply to that. They just sent me the mail saying they never received the bags . It’s fine now but I am saying it after going through many such links the drivers are ridiculous and they are thieves.. I am 100% sure Flix bus never contacted the drivers they just waited for driver to report the missing items and when he didn’t report they just said they didn’t get it . For those who is downloading this app I would rather suggest Blah Blah they have buses where bathrooms works, AC works and and and drivers are not thieves. Cheers
