I’ve used Muse since 2017. It’s an incredible tool that provides real-time feedback, keeping you motivated with birds, scores, and levels.That said, I wasn’t consistent—and that’s my biggest regret. Had I used it daily, the results would’ve been even deeper. Muse shows you what’s possible when your mind is truly calm—I’ve even reached 99% calm in sessions lasting over an hour.I just hope it becomes more affordable so more people can benefit. If you’re serious about meditation, this device is a game changer.

I have been using the muse device for over two years. Two weeks ago it started playing funny and was not measuring the practice. I have written 4 complaints to them and even called and left a message but there has been no response. The device just died last Friday. They had replaced it before as it failed within a year. And so is the case again. The life of the device seems to be only a year of intensive meditation. So $249 per year seems very unreasonable.

The muse can really help you build a stable mind through various sessions. I had a nice experience and I am looking further to get better at it.
A new estimate on the Brain Health tab, based on patterns in your meditation sessions and cognitive tests. Start with a session and your estimate will show up after enough qualifying sessions. It updates as you keep practising. This update also includes bug fixes and performance improvements.
