I am from India and i continued my service for about 15 days . Although its a great offering the difficulties i faced were lack of nearby servers and many apps not accepting many servers so always had to keep that changing. But overall its the perfect app for someone who wants to keep themselves protected from online spying. So when i requested for the cancellation of the service the reply was promt and immediately they issued me a refund and the refund was credited to me to my credit card account within 2 working days. Thank you to the Nord VPN team for these professional service .
Doesn’t work

I purchased an annual plan through the App Store but the VPN connections are not good. I can’t use any of the streaming services or even Google apps using this. Even if it does connect to server successfully- the connection drops every 10-20 seconds and I need to manually keep selecting the server after every drop since it is unable to reconnect automatically.Also, please do not purchase the subscription via iTunes/App store since the 30 day refund policy doesn’t work in that case - you need to request for the refund through Apple Support and their website keeps automatically rejecting refund requests saying it’s not eligible for a refund. I have sent email to Apple for the same - I hope they process it. They should mention this policy on the App page - or have a better agreement with Apple to process refunds within the 30 day risk free trial that they advertise.

I purchased Nord VPN. In a few days this gave me trouble ... kept disconnecting randomly, and every time I noticed this, I would reconnect manually. Selecting auto connect did not help ... I faced the same issues. Since Nord VPN does not have a try before you buy option, I had to pay up front. After contacting customer support (very prompt), they asked me to send some details and provided steps I should do. No luck. I had also asked for a refund to which they replied they refund customers as long as the app was purchased less than 30 days. After only 3 days of unsatisfactory use, when I requested a refund, they said they cannot refund my money because I purchased from apple store and that was apple policy!!!Since Nord VPN does not offer “try before buy” option, I recommend people not to buy this expensive app and get cheated like me.

Terrible connectivity on UK servers

Been trying for days to connect but won’t connect up.Nord, you need to make it easier to get onto the right settings, like when you detect someone is trying to connect multiple times and they continue to fail, then give them some prompts. Otherwise anyone who is not a computer expert will get frustrated and give bad feedback. I think yoh have a good product but just need to make it easier to get onto the right settings both on IOS and Windows.
