2022 Feature request! Plz add a section of USED or NEW in car selling section so it may help to short list the actual used car from the brand new cars which are offered by dealers. As we search for low budget used cars often we find list of brand new cars which have low prices (actually it’s the down payment amount)Which confuses and make the search a pain. Please add the NEW & USED feature when a new car ad is being posted.New update is good but it restarts every time switched back from another app and when came back to olx app all the searches are gone we have to start all again. Such a pain! PLZ ADDRESS THIS ISSUE! App is very good and using it since a long time now. OLX has become a huge online portal for buying and selling stuff online. I strongly feel that OLX should add a feature for search of cars that is a LOAN filter. Nowadays most of the cars have unpaid loan. Adding the LOAN FILTER will help people narrow the search to the desired car. OLX can add more details to the filters in every category. Hope i see the filters soon in action.

I am a user from 2017 I have taken many things through olx there is a group of people which is selling iPhones in lower price only 6 months use like that and the say them self as they are CISF officers and they have an urgent need of money and are selling his phone there name is Sanjay Singh they will give there phone number and later on they will continue to call you and force you to take there phone and later they will say they are going to deliver it buy army courier services and every time they change there camp place like Nashik Delhi Mumbai and so on they have took 2k from me in the name of courier charges later on they were asking to give more money as for safety purposes then they say you will get the package in between 11-12clock of next day the courier man say that I have came near your area so tell me were are you and later ask to transfer your money first to the person and then you will get the phone after some of calls they start to threaten you buy saying that transfer the money or else I will kill your family as after a police complaint they are showing there ID of Army officers staying that there aren’t fake but as you show the picture to a cop and he check it this ID is not right by the Army So olx please check the add and later on allow it to be available and classified

Hi, I am a very happy user of this app don’t have any complaints as such but just want to give a suggestion. There has been numerous such instances where fraudsters have put fake pics of products And lures buyers into fake products recently I saw an ad by some Sanjay who was supposedly selling iPhone XS for a very cheap amount when I called him he said he is not in the place from where he posted this ad and is calling from Mumbai and he would send the said product through post or courier once I paid advance luckily I have good rapport with Paytm guys I paid him 5K to test him and immediately he switched off the phone I gave a call back to Paytm and they immediately stopped payment and reverted my money back. Suggestion is if u can have some system like maybe asking for real pics in different angles so that the product can be checked or place to enter Imei no or chassis no or any such thing to check authenticity for that matter u can even keep location on for buyers who can see where that seller is actually from. Just a suggestion and not a complaint. Thx

My account has been banned since 6-8 months due to using the word ‘Army’ being used in the chats. Shouldn’t they clearly state somewhere that even an Army personnel can’t use this word in chats? OLX didn’t even consider letting me know the reason behind my account being banned. They kept banning my account whenever I tried to create another account. Now today when I somehow finally connected with customer care executive after multiple attempts at navigating through their automated optional menu, this guy told me that he has unbanned my account and asked me to uninstall the app and reinstall after half an hour and my issue would be resolved. THIS DID NOT WORK. I reconnected with another customer care executive and explained her the whole issue, she told me that there was some technical error during the unbanning process which she has resolved now and I should repeat the same process i.e. uninstalling and reinstalling the app after half an hour. I followed the advice and it still didn’t work. Now the time is 2200 hours (military timing) and customer care executives aren't available. I just wish I could give them rating in negatives, such a frustrating day it was for me because of OLX.
