I have been using this app for almost 5 years but recently from last two months the ads that come while entering any room here doesn’t close even after waiting for long time and clicking close. I have to totally close the aap and re-enter the room and the same thing happens started to hate this app. Please fix this glitch. Ok to have ads but please f thru don’t close after the add is finish it’s not letting me use the app..Another glitch dated 30 may 2024App is not working when in phone network 5g. Works only if connected to wireless Internet. Anyone else facing this issue on latest IOS

I commented once in a picture by Discover. Thanks to your broken system. Someone put a bot in it that is putting 1000+ comments under multiple discover pictures. Even blocking their profile wouldn’t help! There is NO option to stop notifications picture wise. Instead you have an option to “turn on notifications” in that picture where I am receiving non-stop notifications for a spammer bot writing just one thing every minutes. I turned off imvu notifications on phone and still when I open the app I get that bot’s notifications. Not gonna use this app or even open the app unless this bot is removed by imvu. The thing is I can’t even report that profile for spamming. How amazing. This app is dying at this rate!! I’m eventually leaving this app because of awful ux! No wonder other apps that serve same purpose and came later than imvu are doing far better in app store. Worst developer-ops team at place.

ADs doesn’t close

I’ve been using IMVU for a while but lately there are ADs coming up on the phone whenever we join a new room. We’ve no issues in watching over these ads but unfortunately, on IOS , these ads doesn’t close even when we press the close button when it pops up on the screen. Basically it’s a big glitch. The only way out is to force close the app and then re open it. But when you reopen it and go into a room again , the ads comes again because you re-entered the room again and you’re again forced to close the app. This is very frustrating. Not sure what all regions of the world are facing this similar thing , but it definitely is happening in India on IOS devices . I’ve uninstalled the app from my iPhone and iPad because unless the developers fixed this issue , you can’t play the game.

I’ve been on IMVU for the past five years, creating, designing, and showcasing my artistry on this platform. Over time, I’ve already seen sales drop compared to the earlier years, and now with this new update — especially the 20% cap — things have become even harder for creators.As creators, we are already paying to be here, investing both money and countless hours of work. On top of that, cutting into our profits feels deeply unfair and discouraging. If our earnings do not match the effort, creativity, and costs we put in, it makes no sense to continue on this platform when other options may offer better returns.This decision risks pushing many long-term creators away, which will hurt the entire community. Please reconsider this update — it feels like an injustice to the very creators who keep IMVU alive.
