Predictions are concise but the offerings are bad

The model of the service is good, like predictions are concise to hear and very positive. But the offerings are not satisfactory at all, an upgrade is needed in the way services are to be provided. For eg: The number of questions to be asked are less because if someone is coming for the first time, he/ she should be give at least 5 questions to ask initially and then later in ask them to buy at a lower rate than what it is now. After the questions are answered, there’s another option to give donations for the astrologers. I don’t think it makes sense until people start believing in the people assuring the customers. There’s no explanation of how the credits are to be earned. If someone is even spending ₹1000 for the subscription coming from whatever class, specially lower class, they would need to see if their money is put to use in a best way.I gave 1 star extra only because of the prediction system and how each question is given importance, so quality is not an issue. But the team really has to work on the pricing and offerings.

I am using their since so many years and always find it useful as it helped me to see my roadmap and how can I overcome my problems. They always do deep study and keep your information intact.
