I have recently seen their ads on Facebook and hence downloaded it. I have made two orders so far, and I am very satisfied with the delivery. The apps takes orders even middle of the night, and the delivery is on point. I have been sceptical about someone else picking up vegetables for me but with their services, I trust them now. They’ve not disappointed one bit. I only wish I had more shopping markets choices available as only Noor shopping is available. I’m pretty sure that they’ll work on bringing more variety of shopping options in the near future. Keep up! This app definitely brings shopping at finger tips. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have previously purchased through Instashop but this is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience. I ordered through instashop from Hasan Perfect Bookshop. I had requested for golden wire but I received purple wire. When I called and enquired about it, the attendant told they did not have golden wire in-stock. They shouldn't have mentioned it in the application or they could have taken the initiative to call the customer and asked whether any replacement can be done.Then the bill showed 8.45 dirhams as service charges, when I enquired about it they told that it is their deal with instashop.

I have been using Instashop, i think from when they started. And has been one of the most easy and smooth apps to use. Ease of use to shop from the list of different stores, And to top it their customer service is amazing. From the beginning to now, its only gotten better. Easy to communicate with and reach the customer service and the issue, if any is addressed within no time. I give 5 stars to the app, the service provided and the riders too.
