I think it was my best decision to buy Dyson air purifier. While deciding for a purifier the next best option was at 1/5th it’s cost but some how I convinced my self to buy the best only even at 5 times costlier. Today post using it for a month approx and experiencing service quality I can confidently say that it is worth the high cost u pay. It’s thoughtful design keeping expectations & convenience of customer is unmatched. Dyson has thought where others stoped. Way beyond once imagination and expectations. I really feel like having an addiction of it just like the first apple phone I purchased 15 yrs back and since then using apple phones only. I will surely try other products also. However, there are always space for improvement. I think Dyson should think of high cost, Air conditioners coming up in competition & display information scrolling on machine option with mobile app also.If u can afford, I recommend.

Look no further than PH 04, the latest air purifier and humidifier. Cleans a big sized room with AC on, doors and windows shut. Remarkably consistent in doing its job with a low noise level. The mobile app is easy to use. Sleep quality has improved and now I don’t suffer from the dry nose and throat that would happen with only the AC, the humidifier does its job wonderfully well. Best value for people with history of asthma and allergies.

Great app, but iPad landscape & HomeKit support needed

The app overall is excellent—clean interface, reliable controls, and everything works smoothly for the most part. However, one issue is really frustrating: there’s still no landscape mode on iPad. Using the app in portrait only feels very limiting, especially on a larger screen. Please add proper landscape support for iPad in the next update—it would make a big difference.Also, Siri Shortcuts feels outdated and doesn’t always work reliably. Native HomeKit support would be a huge improvement and make automation much smoother.The app is already very good—these updates would make it perfect.
Fraud company not providing my refund of 65k

I never thought such big and international company can fraud and cheat their customers very easily by not providing the refund back I returned Dyson v15 vacuum and after successfully return they are not providing my money around 65k even after 3 months. I am constantly calling their customer care for the same but they just say our finance team will do and right now we don’t have any update from our finance team. They are just trying to not provide my hard money back to me . I called and emailed them so many times in hope for getting my money back but they are just trying to cheat and fraud Never ever trust this fraud Dyson company I am regretting my decision to buying the expensive product from this fraud company Beware people
