The only reason I played this game was because it had neat graphics, but everything else about this game is bad. They have an awful amount of bugs which they promise to fix but never do. They are not community friendly at all, this game has the worst compensation/reward system, to an extent that one could say it literally doesn’t exist. If you lose an account you can be sure that they won’t help you get it back. They also strictly moderate their forums, discord etc so that if you say anything against them, negative feedback they instantly delete the messages.

Now as the energy factor has been eliminated, users like me expected that the game progress will take pace. But instead it has decrease to very low level. The exp. we get through battles for heroes has gone significantly low. This has decrease the game progress at level which is lower than the time when energy was involved! Thats ridiculous. If you want your retention to be high. Then please do something about it. I have started to loose interest just because of this slow pace. I’m sure there mist be thousands of people with mutual feeling as of mine. Please do something about it.
