Are there any provisions for sim swapping. In case the user change its sim will the account be deleted automatically as after changing the SIM user doesn’t have any access to the otp?
Say i am using an imo account registered with sim x and now i have no access to sim x and currently using imo account registered with sim y. Given that imo account registered with sim x hasn’t been deleted. Now the telecom company has provided the sim x to the another customer what is the provision for the latter

Hi friend, you may enter Explore - more - settings - imo account settings - change phone number - input your new phone number and country code & confirm - input the verification code that you receive later & confirm.
if you install the app on a device which already has Imo with your phone number, you don't need a verification code.
But if you try to install imo on another device which doesn't have your phone number, it will need a verification code which will be texted to your phone number.
Your nice rating will be greatly appreciated if better.
Many basic options are missing
M shocked that how your app is still on trend on app store coz its so old fashion as per today generation.. app interface is so old .. you have put advertisements on main conversations page and also on video call screen.. its looks so rubbish , please grow up your mind Mr. Developers , And this app dont have a Mute button on video call screen , No background picture options on chat screen for any chat , no option for replying to a particular messages of the sender for any conversation by highlighting and selecting senders message to reply for that particular message, no option to send GIF pictures and if we try to send any GIFS it turns in image only ..
Whatsapp is far better than you and it dont shows us ads, it developed perfectly for the users as aim for chatting with convenience and logical features , i guess you should see that app once in this generation and learn from it or any other app .. and please try to have a broad mind and remove ads , we use apps for our use not to see ads and make u earn all time , u r well known chat app and i guess you dont need to put ads on ur apps , many of well kbown apps never shows us ads so why you ?? And please ad those features as I mentioned..

Notifications & Calls delay
I have been using this app from one year. Receiving weekly app update but still I don’t know why you people are not taking care of the notifications of calls and messages delay. Though both people are online we are not receiving a call after some time it’s showing as missed call. So after that missed call when I close that app after couple of minutes what call I have missed earlier it’s ringing, it means it’s a blank call which the other user tried to call few minutes earlier. This is happening each and every time no matter you are on 100 MBPS WiFi or 4G cellular data. Serous issue please look into it and get some meaning for inappropriate updates of the app.
