App Performance Issues and Crashes on iPhone

The app frequently runs slowly and crashes during various tasks. In addition to these issues, I have noticed that there is no Face ID login option, which is a standard feature in many other banking apps. The absence of this feature not only causes inconvenience for users but also raises security concerns, as Face ID offers an added layer of protection for account access.

Moreover, upon checking the App Store, I realized that there has been no update for the app in over a year. Regular updates are crucial to ensure the app remains compatible with the latest devices, operating systems, and to address any bugs or performance issues.

I kindly request that your development team prioritize investigating and resolving the performance issues, as well as consider implementing Face ID login functionality. Additionally, it would be greatly appreciated if you could provide a timeline for when we can expect an updated version of the app.

Your attention to these matters is essential for maintaining a positive user experience and ensuring the continued satisfaction of your customers.

Biometric and Face ID

App is good at all side but for login with MPIN and fingerprint available but there is no option for Face ID for apple users. Please make it available for iPhone users thanks you

Worst Banking App

I am frustrated with IndusInd bank . They have pathetic service and the user interface of the apps is poor too. It was my worst decision to open an account in this bank. I am not able to access my account either by user Id or Credit card. It Keeps showing error and asks to visit the branch office.
