Instant transfers to India
Instarem has made it very easy to transfer money to India very happy with the time with in which they credit the money to India. If I want something to improve it would be to make the app a native one, it would make the app more user friendly

Horrible customer support and grievance handling
The team at InstaReM seems to be extremely incompetent. I tried transferring money to Australia from India, the money was transferred within 24 hours of initiating the transaction from my end. InstaReM still went ahead and cancelled my transaction. This was done on Feb 1st and it’s 10th today. Despite giving them all the proofs and statement etc, they have eaten up my money, not transferred it to the beneficiary and have not returned it to me either. They have stopped responding to me emails, their customer care number is always not reachable. They are so dumb, they’ve written me an email stating that I need to initiate the transfer again and not transfer any funds and give them the reference number. I feel it’s a joke to even say this to someone.
I am completely cheated, they are fraud. They have not replied to 3 of my last emails sent to them. I wish I could attach a screenshot here. They are cheats.

Opaque procedure. Not reliable
I transferred my education fee on 4th march. When I transferred them the amount the money Euro was at 81. I transferred them 7200euros worth of Inr. 2 days later on 6th march they refunded my money citing their “internal policy” which they can’t reveal. Apparently they remember this policy after 2 days of payment. Euro jumped from 81 to 84 on 6th feb. Now there are only two reasons why they cancelled my transactions : case 1 : they bought euros on the first day and then profitted whopping 21k INR by returning me the money at older rates. Case 2 : they didn’t bought Euros at that time and now it will cost them extra to do the same transaction.
Either case they are “not reliable”. I advise you to stick with western Union or your banks. Their customer support is like you are talking to robot citing “undisclosed internal policy” to carry out whatever they want. I am never going to use it. And I advise you too to not use it. Have a nice day.
