SC mobile app is great to complete a lot of banking tasks easily
Thou it is difficult to easily reach phone bank staff it is better to reach out to the App for most of what services or help, in my case even a late fee waiver could be easily requested and confirmation also came in immediately. Good job SC with the App, only thing there are too many menu option and it might be difficult to quickly reach out to the menu that we want to enter in and that anyway I had to wait a bit long to get from phone banker! But once we know a certain thing then it probably is easier next time around.

SC Mobile App is
SC mobile app has evolved in last few years and has become very convenient and intuitive. I use it more than internet banking and it’s a breeze.

Improving but needs more work
The app is no more transaction centric. Looks like banking is now as important as the credit card business. Some improvement.
However when looking at multi currency account balance - it takes multiple clicks to check the different currencies balance. If you have five currencies it shows the SGD total and no way of looking at the individual currencies except by clicking five times. It has happened with me that the overall number was great but there was no money in my local account. Please address that by replacing ‘add multi currency’ with ‘summary balance for all multi currencies’
