Home screen alignment problem

There is a home screen alignment problem in which the header area where menu is located along with text home nearly overlaps with time and center notch. This is existing from about 2 years now and hasn’t been resolved for iPhone XR. All other headers look fine. This is something should be resolved in next minor update. Everything else is superbly smooth in app and no complaints over any services provided online or offline.

Worst credit card mobile app

This is the worst credit card mobile application I have ever experienced. There is no where you can check your statement date and your payment due date.
There is no where application tells you the total amount due which has been billed. There is a billed tab but there all your billed transactions are shown for all the past months and you have to guess on your own which ones are for the last month statemented and then add and subtract all amounts to derive your total amount to be paid.
Lastly, you will get an sms to pay your total amount due which will not match with your actual amount due and then they will charge you a late statement fees because you didn’t pay the right amount.
The team has not thought about customer experience in any way while creating the app and just created it for the heck of it.
Very very disappointing and discouraging for any user.

Muslim Burial image when I open the APP

I am a standard Chartered bank customer for 11 years and I love the experience and service that you provide me. But every time I open the APP I am forced to see a Muslim Burial building (Taj Mahal) which is the worst symbolic sentiment I want to see while dealing with money transactions. I am not suggesting you put an image of Goddess Lakshmi, please keep it neutral , an scenery or just your logo is fine.
