Pathetic

This bank is more eager than other banks when it comes to pushing or upselling their credit cards to customers but zero, rather negative, when it comes to customer service. The app was working fine for me till September 19, after which it suddenly started asking me to verify my mobile number by sending an automated SMS. And of course, the SMS gets sent every time but then the number fails to get verified. This is despite having my mobile number being verified as per the bank records. I raised this with customer service last week but no response yet. And I’m not even able to check my card summary on any their net banking platform apart from this badly done app. Very disappointed to see such a shoddy approach to technology in this day and age.

Payment option Never works and worst performance

The very first day when I received credit card, I had installed RBL Card App. Trust me, this is the worst banking app I have ever used. Being software develop I can sense how brutally this app was been made. It is very uncomfortable and unsecured due to which I really do not recommend anyone to use it.
Below are the flaws of app.
1. Performance- we you click on detailed statement you will never get any result. The progress keeps on loading.
2. Payment mode never works- once you click on payment and enter details and select net banking, it will never connect to payment gateway.
3. Finger touch keeps on popping up after exit.
4.Due date of RBL card is 3rd of every month and this cannot be changed. They keep maintenance of their system at this time and payment modes never work. This happened to me on month of Dec 2018 and never let me do payment on time which resulted financial charges. When I called customer service ( which is worstest, never gets connected, never get call back from them even if you wait for a week and worst part connecting to supervisors is such a pain that you need to be on hold in a call more than 30 mins), I just get feedback we will look into this issue and come back shortly which they never do.

And many more issues with app.
I am planning to cancel this card after this month statement by clearing all my debits and highly not recommend anybody.

Not secure

I recently visited of the fashion store and one of the RBL. agent explained about the futures of this bank and he said you not charge anything for this card. I said ok and I have received a platinum card which apply annual charges of 2000 plus GST. Later I got a call from of the agent saying that we are from RBL bank we see you have received new CC card I said yes they asked me did you activated your card I said no and I will not because I received a card which applies charges they okay sir we will exclude charges and they started telling my 16 numbers on CC card and valid date on the card. I asked how can you know all these I asked very serious and they disconnected the call later after 5 min I got a msg stating I total available amount debited which was frod call. And now bank is saying me to pay the debited amount before due date which is not fare. I request every one to not to choose this RBL bank which is not at all secure and please share this information to everyone.
