Not able to download and purchase any song
We have already purchased song but unable to download and not showing in purchase history
iTunes suppprt not adequate only good for apple products
if a subscription is bought through iTunes the subscription owner disowns the customer and routes back to iTunes. So it’s better to buy directly …. If you call their contact Center
least 10 minutes hold / wait on phone shows team is understaffed
Wrong messages at IVR. For example “press 1” and a text message with steps will be sent. Didn’t happen even after 3 times. Second “please enter your order if which will start with ‘W’ followed by 8-10 numerical”!it’s not there in the receipt.
Overall very poor experience, seems concerned people don’t revisit their own processes. Huge improvement is re tired.
Unable to set purchased tone as default ringtone
I purchased a ringtone but I’m not able to set it as a ringtone. It would be great if Apple could allow setting any audio file as a ringtone. Users deserve that kind of control, and it should be an easy thing to provide. Search history doesn’t show up in search bar’s autocomplete. Overall the iTunes Store seems like a bad idea to begin with and it’s not maintained properly and feels very dated to use.
