As I used the JJ application, I would like to mention the drawbacks that I noticed. First, there should be a wishlist so that the user can shortlist frames, and in the end, can select as per his wish.

Second, let’s say, I went to the Collection section and from there Pro Titanium. Now, I will have a number of frames to check. But as I go to a particular frame and come back to the previous menu, frame starts coming from the beginning instead of the part till where I scrolled. Which results me to again scroll down till where I already checked and move further.

I wish if this can be improved.

I felt cheated. I live in chennai. I purchased my John Jacobs glasses from gurgaon branch when I went there for work purpose. The glasses were having issue so placed replacement request in Chennai’s lenskart which got approved by John jacab. Now, they had provided me the url link to exchange the glasses but it was not showing even a single options of sunglasses to choose from. The whole webpage was blank. When I called customer care, they asked me to visit Gurgaon branch from where I purchased it. Please note that my home is in Chennai. Now after few month when I visited Gurgaon, they exchanged the glasses but charged me 1200 plus gst extra because current price of product is increased. Never expected this kind of unethical cheat behaviour from John Jacobs.

One of the worst app i ever came across. Payment was declined 7 times for 2 days straight, then got my payment completed through one of their customer service agents on 26 April and i waited for glasses to be delivered till 6 may and still there was no communication from John Jacobs app or courier service. When i tried contacting them, first i was told that my glasses will be delivered within 2-3 days, so i waited for 3 more days, still got nothing. Finally, i contacted them on 9 may and i was informed that my order has been returned to John Jacobs. This is the kind of service John Jacobs offers even when you pre-pay for your order.
