Khazana Jewellery 4+

When i trying to login to Khazana app it’s asking to update app, when i trying to update it’s not showing update option, it’s showing open option in app store, so please resolve this issue then only i can pay my payment .

I paid 4 instalments through this app using UPI I’d. For 5th instalment UPI payment option is not visible. It prefers to continue with wallet. I filled my wallet and tried to pay but but at the end wallet option is not visible. I tried reaching customer care in this app but switched off. No response to the email too. I went directly to Khazana near me to pay the payment but they refuse to accept my payment due to the scheme we took in another place. No other jewellery merchants said this thing before. But kphb Khazana jewellers we’re not accepting the payment from another Khazana branch schemes. This is my experience with Khazana and I don’t want to continue with them if it goes like this.

I went to signup option and provided all the details and submitted. Then I received OTP. After I type OTP and clink on signup, it says please check connection and not moving further. Intranet is working on my mobile I believe that is why I am getting OTP. However I tried other sources of internet ad well like Wi-Fi. But no luck. Please fix bug. Otherwise I have to go to shiwroom to pay my payment for monthly scheme which is very difficult.
