Focus on essentials not look
Change your birthdate, it’s not working. While enrolling schemes, the options are in light beige colour in while background and you need divine eyes to understand and choose. Went to payment page, had to visit some other app, came back, app restarts from home page and head to payment, it says, payment process already in progress. Where? How to do. Even after closing app, it’s the same. I’ve been using since 3 years but these essentials haven’t improved. You are only focusing on fancy looks without looking at essentials.

Bad experience ever
I have been to grt which is located in kr puram Bangalore for a scheme purchase. The customer service given by the employee was really pathetic. There is nothing wrong in greeting your customers with a smile. We do understand the store is crowded with your customers to purchase your ornaments by spending their money. May tat be in rupees or crores, they are coming to you . Not even a single person face I have seen being pleasant nor a smile . While clearing my scheme in the counter I said thank you, he dint even bother to respond. I do understand all are busy with their work life, even we do. But learn to “treat the people the way want to be treated “.
When I gave one star in the response , it’s not capturing . Trying with 5 star to check if only tat is what works. And even online grt, except send feedback drop down rest all drop downs works fine.
Useless crap
Completely useless app. I have been trying to make the scheme payment in the app. But the payment option is being disabled unnecessarily… I have been sending text with the option “chat now”. It shows that my complaint is raised. Later I get a mail saying it’s resolved.. I check again and it’s not even resolved. I have been raising the same complaint many times and nothing changed. Complete crap and useless .👎 Waste of time and energy… Better try to fix this issue, if the actual purpose of the app is to make your customers work easy.
