Issue while changing the payment mode
While trying to pay my Gold scheme, whenever I tried to change the method of payment, it says the payment due is completed. Which affects my user experience and delays my payment. I have been facing this issue since long back. It would be great if this kind of bugs are resolved at the earliest.
Bad experience ever
I have been to grt which is located in kr puram Bangalore for a scheme purchase. The customer service given by the employee was really pathetic. There is nothing wrong in greeting your customers with a smile. We do understand the store is crowded with your customers to purchase your ornaments by spending their money. May tat be in rupees or crores, they are coming to you . Not even a single person face I have seen being pleasant nor a smile . While clearing my scheme in the counter I said thank you, he dint even bother to respond. I do understand all are busy with their work life, even we do. But learn to “treat the people the way want to be treated “.
When I gave one star in the response , it’s not capturing . Trying with 5 star to check if only tat is what works. And even online grt, except send feedback drop down rest all drop downs works fine.
Worst UI
The previous UI was absolutely fine and I don’t know why they changed it recently. Ever since then it’s a struggle to make an online payment for the schemes. Before I select a particular payment gateway and proceed with payment it’s shows an error and blocks the payment. And the I will have to wait until I get an email saying that payment has failed and again proceed with payment. It’s so irritating to keep doing this every month since that new update. There are other portals which allows you to make a payment immediately when the payment has not even proceeded yet. Here, I have to wait for so long. I totally regret having chosen the online payment for schemes.
