Kia Connect 4+

It was a very good feature showing the past trips on map departure and destination and the travelled route along with route. Now on the new update it has been removed. It was very good feature in reviewing the trip like the sudden acceleration, hard braking top speed so many things were there. Really wish and hope will include this in the future versions.

I purchased kia sonet for its features. Kia connect is very good service but we can’t use via web or any other form. My kia has very very good ui but i think their technical team is sleeping like their safety ratings. App is not able connect to internet, app is not able to fetch data. Always error showing something went wrong please try again later. But this continue some customer will also go wrong. Multi billion dollar company is not able to keep up with its app or its indian unit has totally wrong persons in chain of command. Either way this is very shameful for the company who only relies on features to sell their products. I bought my car in good faith, but my faith is also losing its faith in you kia motors india. Give your proper attention to customers application usage and convenience.

I have been using this app for almost a year now on my Kia Carens and I have also been using most of the features on KIA Connect like checking vehicle status, remote start, Maps, Navigation, Vehicle Maintenance and Trip details. The app has been working perfectly fine for me not only in Bangalore but also across 9 other states in India that I have driven my Kia to. It does also send timely reminders if not locked and vehicle tracking is perfect. Overall a good to use app with the required info
