Don’t trust this app

I will never recommend this app to anyone for shopping. It has the worst customer support that I have ever encountered. It is filled with dumb people who can’t comprehend anything. I received a wrong product and it has already been a week and there is no support from them. They never pick up the call and only reply through WhatsApp. Moreover, they take hours to give one single reply. Whenever you ask for the status of replacement, they say we are checking and disappear for the whole day. They are just making a fool of the customers by sending wrong products and I don’t even trust the authenticity of their products. They are multiple sites which offer authentic products with great deal, don’t trust them with your money, they are just a fraud company.

My absolute favourite place to shop. You name it and you get it here. The most beautiful part along with authentic products are their services. They absolutely always resolve your queries. I always like shop like almost every week, never faced any major difficulty. People please understand one thing this platform is still growing and if sometimes your queries are getting delayed, just allow some more time, no-one is running away anywhere. They are always open to feedback if you face anything just talk with them thats all.

Worst customer support

The customer support for this app virtually doesn’t exist.
1. They don’t have a phone number. I sent them an email regarding inability to process my order.
I get an automated response saying email support isn’t available and that I need to chat with them on WhatsApp.
2. Come to WhatsApp, 5 days of continuous messaging, and they say agents are currently busy.
No response of any kind from them since a week.
3. Took desperate measure, and commented on their Instagram post asking why nobody responds. And guess what!! They deleted my comment too!

Their cause behind kindlife must be good, but they have a horrible sense of customer services.

All the products on their website are available elsewhere too.
So, please please order them from any other sites.
Don’t trust this app or their website.
You will end up getting frustrated in case they fail to deliver or deliver the wrong product.
It was my first and last experience with kindlife
