Suggestion
Everything is great in the application, just wanted to share one feedback. While placing an order there are 2 options showing to choose
1. Expected delivery 1 day
2. Expected delivery 4-5 days
Just my concern is if 1day delivery is not possible for some products then just disable that option because as a customer sometimes what happens we need the product on urgent basis that’s why we choose that option hoping it will deliver in 1day, but it’s not. So please work on this.

Nonsense
I’ve written a huge review before for the app and they deleted it. I’ll keep writing if they keep deleting. This is the worst app. I’ve previously used plum to order a lot of products. Recently I’ve used plum empty4good option and received 600 charms. These guys are so clever. Firstly, they wouldn’t let you use all charms at once. Secondly, if you used whatever the limit is, you cannot use any other offer/coupon available on the website. Now, I’ve bought plum, per your rule, we’ve sent the empties and received the charms. Now, what’s the connection between the charms and the coupons? Why can’t we use coupons if we apply charms? I think empties4good is just for namesake stunt and nothing else. Nonsense app. Never will buy products again from plum.

A bit Disappointed
To be honest the products from Plum are good and decent one but how come the customer service not up to the mark !!!! I recently got a product from the website and I returned back because I didn’t like it as I expected, it was a body mist so I returned and ordered another one and thought that I might get a refund of the returned product but No they said they don’t have return policy instead they did refund in form of coupon literally !! As a student we can’t always buy products every month how come you expect we will use the coupon very soon as it said coupon valid for 60 days and NO that’s not convenient at all for my POV. Please initiate refund policy!!
