The products are really good. I like very much. But there is an issue with the app, when I go to my orders, it just keeps buffering but no details are coming up. So I can’t check the order updates. Kindly resolve the app issue.

I am highly disappointed with Pilgrim’s service. I placed a prepaid order which was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago, but it is still undelivered. Every day, the delivery partner keeps updating false remarks like “consignee address wrong” or “not contactable,” even though no delivery attempt has actually been made.I have called Pilgrim support and Delhivery customer care multiple times, but there has been no resolution. This is very unprofessional and frustrating, especially since the order is already prepaid.I expected much better service from a brand like Pilgrim, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.

Undoubtedly, the products of pilgrim are really good though their process of delivery and further assistance is really poor which is disheartened as I am waiting for my products since 29th July, yesterday also when I talked to customer care executive they mentioned it will be delivered by today. I was waiting for whole day though all in vain and again my delivery got cancelled. However, I want to mention that my address shared to pilgrim is easily accessible as I am receiving other e-commerce products very easily at my address.

Products are undoubtedly AWESOME..... only thing is ... order history is not available so its very difficult to see order details and secondly every time we have to write down full address
