Smytten: Try Samples & Shop 4+

I am using Symtten since last one and half years and now I am concluding that this is a fraud site by fraud people. Initially I am also very happy by the side but now I am telling some facts about the site . 1. They people thought that they can misplace any item by giving the some small and useless gift to the customer. 2. they don’t bother about the delivery of the product. 3. While delivering product on the top of the box they mentioned all names of the products but if something is missing inside the box, they are not responsible for it. Delivery boy also doesn’t know what is inside the box. 4. their refund cancellation and return policy is worst. They don’t have any customer care number. 5. After lots of mail communication, if you are lucky, you will get the money otherwise they people simply send forwarded mail to you. 6. this is the fourth time when I am struggling for my missing product. First time I didn’t do anything for my missing product. Second and third time after lots of male communication, I got the money.

Totally unreliable app!! NEVER, NEVER buy any product from here. I trusted to buy products from Smytten even after watching lot of negative reviews and it’s feeling like a worst mistake now. When I ordered my products it showed 3 days delivery but it’s been 7 days and no update. I tried searching for their customer call service but these guys are so against providing user-friendly service that there is no call support and the chat bot on whatsapp is completely waste. Tried reaching out to them via email several times to cancel my order because I would not be home now to further receive the order but another turn - they’ve marked my order has ‘Consignee will collect from branch.’ Such lameness!! Why would someone go the branch and where the hell is that branch to collect order, there is no address given anywhere! It’s been 2 days and I am still waiting for that to be changed to returned status so that I can get my refund. Now I highly doubt if their products are even genuine because when I am tracking order it’s been sent to the same place again and again.. WHY???? All now I can say is - this is not how a brand is run! They should be ashamed of what they’re doing to their customers’ time, money and trust.
