Corrupt dev team with own moderators
The moderators are in game from development team. So they have particular guild which you can never fight. Moderators even know your personal details in the game like email and your feedback messages. Banning/hacking the other accounts is a normal thing if you are on different side of some moderators supported team.
I love this game
It might be slightly tough for a new person to understand initially but as you play on you will enjoy it.
After a few days you can talk in world chat and many will help you grow
