Awful customer service

Customer service is so pathetic and most responses are automated dummy text. If they can’t fix an issue with in a month, they close the support ticket with out a resolution. They reset the whole game in jan first week and many accounts in the server facing login issues, and many lost more than 50% of their troops after reset and support is not awful in fixing those. They are closing the ticket or ignore. Don’t spend money in the game unless you want to regret later

1、Regarding the rollback operation, our team considered the abnormal continuous login event issue, which affected the game balance, so decided to perform a data rollback on all servers. We only roll back to Jan 1st at 00:00, which has no impact on other contents.
