Another month and this scammer game and the team are still making game link with illegal activityWhat is happening i dont understand from one week im getting same reply but no action is done yet. Hero skill got glitch on 30 September and got fixed on 2nd of october and today is 4tg of November . What to do i dont understand the team is giving same answer to everyone and there is no help yet and in game there are many events where cheated army player gaining much score and rewards and who played fairly are watching cheaters win . I dont understand what is for fair player the team is doing? Thet will give ys rewards and army back which we lost against max army players? 3 weeks and still cant find solution . There is no shame left in this game developers that they even postponed the special event until they make game fair. Shame on this game and developer worst experience King's Empire King's Empire

Awful customer service

Customer service is so pathetic and most responses are automated dummy text. If they can’t fix an issue with in a month, they close the support ticket with out a resolution. They reset the whole game in jan first week and many accounts in the server facing login issues, and many lost more than 50% of their troops after reset and support is not awful in fixing those. They are closing the ticket or ignore. Don’t spend money in the game unless you want to regret later

We only roll back to Jan 1st at 00:00, which has no impact on other contents. 2、For players who contact us for detailed verification, we also record and check them one by one. Due to the large and complex data, it needs more time to look into. Hope you can understand.3、To locate your situation quickly, please provide us with your in-game nickname (click the setting-account to get it).
