Can’t see date , shows up a white patch
I tried adding nominee to my folio. I couldn’t see date month and year, it just showed up a white patch kinda thing. Number and year isn’t visible at all. Please check and fix it
Transaction getting failed
I was investing to purchase units in my folio but after amount debited from account at then end of transaction it keeps loading and throws error couldn’t complete transaction. Due to this couldn’t purchase units in fund and my money too got stucked in your system with no update from support team since last 4 days. Your application should be more user friendly in case of failures should take required actions and checks from backend and update user on status of transactions via mail at least. I am struggling to get status of my transaction with no timelines given for solution from support team. Please have this transaction updates feature in application for user convenience in case of failures.
Inefficient customer service
I have been following up with customer service team for over 10 days to get my issue sorted out as I tried to purchase units using this application, however even after amount got debited from my account transaction shows error while still showing pending purchase in cart. Even after end number of follow ups and emails customer service team seems to ignoring and not in a mood to resolve my issue of completing the purchase of transaction. Pathetic efficiency of their customer service team. I am reporting this app for bugs.
