Surprised that such a fund house can’t afford any sensible developer. Have you guys even checked the app before you put it up for users ? Can’t login with email id and password. Can’t logon with PAN details either. It keeps on asking for OTP and even after entering correct one does no accept it. When mailed the problem to the customer service, they come up with a response to create an email ID on the website which already exists. You seriously need to check your competitors who have such simple and easy to use app interfaces and learn from them how an app is suppose to be. I didn’t want to give it even one star. Spend some investors’ money on app development also rather than just advertisements.

The way they are presenting your portfolio details is very difficult to understand being a normal investor , they always provide data based on CAGR % or XIRR %, they never think that all investors are not that much intelligent who can easily understand those calculation !!!! Hence I need to calculate simple interest % of my portfolio manually. I don't understand why particular Axis MF is presenting data such a manner, I don't have any issue with such difficulty with other fund house.

The app was very effective and simple to use. I had been disgusted with Axis Mutual Fund website, many links were not functioning, it was impossible to redeem some units after my goal had been met. Then I checked this Axis Mutual Fund app. It was wonderful. Henceforth I should be using the app and forget the website.

Romeo is back
Though Axis is one of the best in mutual fund investments with good returns, the app needs a hell lot of bug fixing. The folio’s created with a name never turns up instead it creates its own name. If we add a fund to the cart we have to go back by clicking 3-4 times on to the home page so that we can see the cart. Should be intuitive enough. Now i am facing a new problem. I am not able to create a new folio itself. Earlier my PAN and DOB information used to be defaulted while creating a folio. Now both of them are blank and the continue button is also disabled. Not able to proceed any further.
