Unable to start new SIP

How frustrating is starting a new SIP through this app. I tried multiple time to start a 5000 pm SIP. Not at all user friendly. To my surprise last page of confirmation show totally different amount and start date . It happened thrice with me then I gave up. How can a company can expect business growth with such deficiencies in app which is meant for business .

Been 2 years am investing in Mutual Funds and I started and continuing here with solely with SBI MF reason 1 for sure is reliability but gradually as I started operating on my own(started through a agent)I discovered the app is super cool and allows you almost all customisation you can probably ask for.I love the app and I'm sure they'll keep improving...kudos to the team

Unable to redirect to portfolio page

I downloaded latest version, after login i also made payment successfully then i closed app. Today when i reopen snd click on login icon , it ask biometric login. After login page is not changed and i have to click back arrow. From navigation bar i tried to click on my portfolio but page not redirect to portfolio.I am unable to check my portfolio. Useless for me. I have to login in web application instead mobile app.Version which i had 6 months earlier didn’t have such issue. Please fix and release new version..

Problems in login, in investment through net banking

The app does not log in through finger print authentication properly, shows a blank screen. While investing through net banking, the bank net banking screen is cropped and part of virtual keyboard is not visible. The screen stays in portrait mode and does not turn to landscape mode even when the phone is turned. This makes it very difficult to invest online. For investing through mobile app, you should have an option to connect and transact through bank mobile app. This will make investment more seamless.
