Good App, Some urgent upgrade still needed
App is good and provide essential features. It will be good if it keep track and show when the renewal is expiring instead of sending random pop ups. My renewal is done till next year but pop up comes now and then and renewal date is not shown at all even after it’s done.
Good service by Mr ganesh and good devices from letstrack
I purchased a device from Letstrack to test as i was previously using devices from loconav with whom i was very frustrated, after using it for a while i felt the features quite useful and also there were some issues but the suppprt was top notch to resolve them which was very important for me, mr ganesh from
Whom i bought my first device have been very helpful and fast with problem solving always . Currently i have 10 devices from letstrack now and would definitely my next devices will be from here i just wish they keep up with theor good service
No after sales service
After waiting for 5 months to get the tracker in my app fixed I am writing the review. My vehicle send notification of starting and stopping of engine but the location dosnt get updated. Spoke with customer care services and they just keep rebooting the device remotely and still the problem is not solved. Then they say that someone from the service team will call and come to check the vehicle device . This dosent happen and you keep waiting and reminding them for the technician visit. This is after having the device in 2 years contract and agreeing to pay for the service visit charges also.
Extremely disappointed with the after sale service. Will be looking for other options. Good device destroyed by nonexistantial after sales service ..
