If you click on a notification, it will say no internet connection and show a blank page. This happens every single time and so I have to go to the app and manually look for the article.Another problem is the search bar. You can’t find what you’re looking for at all. It will show irrelevant articles from years ago but not what you’re looking for. I’m a premium user and if I want to look up a particular round up and I type that in the search bar, it will not show up. It’s extremely frustrating.

The current search functionality requires significant improvement. When a user searches for a specific topic, such as GST, the results also include unrelated matters (for example, cases under the SC/ST Act and other statutes), which makes it difficult to locate relevant information efficiently.The platform should introduce Act-wise search functionality so that users can specifically filter results under a particular statute. Additionally, party name–wise search,along with other structured search options, should be incorporated to enhance accuracy and usability.At present, the search engine is not sufficiently user-friendly and does not effectively meet the needs of professionals. Improving the search architecture and introducing refined filtering mechanisms should be a priority to ensure that users can retrieve precise and relevant information quickly.

Despite having the taken the 6 month subscription, each time I am automatically logged out of the app and to log in an absolute hassle. The app malfunctions each time I try to log in and in most cases, it never happens and it’s a colossal waste of time. In addition to that, all items bookmarked are no longer there, creating an added burden to have to locate those again. So what is the issue with the app? Why is there so much of repeated malfunctioning ? It’s very sad to see such reputed sites come under limelight for failing to fix such ridiculous technology issues. If even simple functions on your app is not consumer - friendly, then it’s high time you put a disclaimer to the same effect of your website !!!

I have been a regular user of Live law for past 4 years and recently, the bookmarks section of the app began to malfunction. Whenever I’m trying to access any old news, it always opens the latest one I had saved for the day. It’s causing me irritation now because I have bookmarked, I think, more than 300 cases and in I’m not able to refer the judgement for an old case, contained in the bookmark section. Kindly fix it.
