Unprofessional Customer service and cheating with Customers

Pathetic service and fraud company. There main motive is to sell there products, they don’t even tell you complete details about subscriptions. One incident happen with me regarding Subscription cancellation. During the subscription I asked the guy (who called me to sell this pathetic service) that what if I want to cancel my service within or after a Month, he said we have 7 days trail which they promote you all know if you are reading but they didn’t tell you afterwards what happened, they have lock-in period of 3 Months, which they will not tell you even if you ask from your side, they will simply tell you can cancel anytime. So I’ll suggest you all, buying a purifier is best way instead of going with this rental plan. It’s a headache….! Also when you reach to customer service they are very unprofessional. They won’t even listen what’s your concern, they have there predefined line, they will keep on telling. Whatever will be your concern, same line they will say. Also if you want to talk with there supervisor, then you have to wait for 2-3 Hours. But after discussions with supervisor the result will be same. They all are a part fraud company, who sell there products with incomplete information.

Cheating customer in the name of sales

I have never Experience this kind of pathetic service, at the time of sales the sales team did not mention anything of holiday plan terms and conditions only they mentioned that when you are going out just let us know we will move yours plan to holiday plan, I thought it’s a good option if any one is away from home for some emergency. Now the service team is telling holidays plan can be only opted twice a year and to certain duration this information i m getting when i m away from, i asked them i will be back in January 2024 if this is the terms why this was not conveyed at the time of sale nor at the time of first request for holiday plan why later when the plan is getting expired, they have no ans,and when asking of holiday plan terms and conditions it should be reflecting in their website and app but its not there and the user will be scam by this trick, they do cheat with their plan i have suffered so i m sharing this experience. Better go for other brands which show there plan and conditions clearly.

Worst service customer support not responding cheating customers choosing Livepure is big headache

Water purifier is not working after 9 days raised complaint multiple times no technician is visited waiting from last 7 days, every time customer people informing we have escalated resolving issue with high priority till I not received any technician. Technician will call he will ask address and he will tell he visit 5:30pm but no one visited. Finally technician visited after 7 days and he mentioned some parts are not working he informed it takes time I will come next day but he didn’t visited. App is also worst when killing app and reopening app it is displaying water consumption more for every kill and reopen it is increasing 10 to 20 litres of water. They cheating customer after 7 days trial period it will stop working you not able to cancel subscription they will mention it is lock-in period for 3 months you can’t cancel. Till now issue not resolved worst service in Bangalore. Choosing Livepure water purifier It is big headache
