Month starting date should change to recharge date

Good app and nice concept of monthly recharge pay for what we use but one concern is if my end date is on 25th and if I renew it on 29th again i need to get 30 days from when I recharge but I am again getting of renewal on 25th. Anyway water is getting stop on expire day this extension should be taken care since sometimes we go out later after recharge it is not extending accordingly

No access to customer support, the worst customer experience

I have been trying to connect with the customer support for the past 4/5 days now.
I have tried every channel possible, written multiple mails, but haven’t heard a word back, other than an automated support response.

I think the company doesn’t understand the urgency of a customer to have access his daily water supply.

It’s been over a week, I have had to purchase water bottles just do meet my daily needs.
I don’t if it’s a tech issue or whatever, I have recharged my subscription multiple times, but I still have no access to water.

I am as fed up as I could be because there’s no help from the company customer support.

It’s just pathetic how a customer has to depend on your product for his most essential necessity (water ofc) & the company have no regard to how much trouble the customer has to go through to be able to access drinking water!

I neither have a status on the money I have already paid for the recharge amounts, nor do I have any idea by when will they fix the problem.

It’s just disappointing & agonising. I haven’t felt so helpless while availing some service/product from a company.

Ofc, now you’ll want the last 4 digits of my registered number. So let be take a step forward & here you go 5566!

Beware- do not buy.

First their installation guy will charge u extra money 450rs for a 150 rs nut bolt. 2nd u will find that nut bolt is leaking and then the drama start. They will not come and there is no way to reach them. App is screwed up and do not register complaints. Its been 10 days since installation and i cant drink a drop of water. Now you have to run to get refund and for which also u dont know how to reach. Beware, they have got sales department only.
**The installation guy was untrained and stupid. He drilled in the water pipe in the wall. After they removed the machine i found my whole wall is water seepage. I am ending up paying money to plumber to fix the pipe, while my wall still looks screwed up. They said they will reimburse the money for the same, again a false promise and make me following up again and again.
