Great User Experience
On my very recent purchase, I was surprised as during my billing I provided my number and right after it I instantly received a text notifying me that my points were uploaded as smiles. The experience is more seamless
Extremely Disappointing Experience
I am very disappointed with this app. My purchases are not reflecting in the app, and I only happened to notice this by chance. To make matters worse, my previous purchase points were never credited. I have also lost my bill, which makes the app essentially useless to me. This experience makes the app and the company behind it seem very untrustworthy. I expected much better service.
Guys check this App after every purchase. Maybe points were not reflecting.
Updated the new version. It’s awesome
Guys. I to have issues with the older app. And now i updated the new version. All the bug issues they have removed & now it’s easy to use. Those who didn’t get the updated version please delete the app and re-install. You won’t regret.
