Amazing New Release
The New update release of LULU exchange app has enhanced very well and the app has addressed all the issues and it is very user friendly and easy to transfer money. I find this is one of the best app in qatar for transferring money. I rate them all 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good App but certain features are hectic
Though the application is proceeding through its initial state, it is showing appreciable level of performance... Fast Transactions and user friendly interface made the application favorable for customers.
Only issue I found while using the application is its multiple password feature. Since we are proceeding through the era of Biometric security, its time for the developers to think about implementing biometric security in the app instead of old out dated multiple security passwords (no doubts that 90% of customers have phones of present generation which are equipped with face detaction and finger print scans)which is reported to be the real headache to many of the users.
Hope the developers will think about it and implement the same in the near future itself...

Not a good app
It doesn’t transfer money seamlessly. We need to call the customer care to activate a recipient account. It doesn’t transfer money immediately. It takes almost half day to 1 day to transfer the money! Other apps are transferring immediately. I get a message that we need to contact customer care to send money also. I don’t understand the fun behind this hassle. There are apps that transfer in real-time…better to use them!
Customer service is also poor.
