Nice app
I am sending so many time money UAE to India till now no problem, very fast am recieving money . But only I face one problem. When am calling customer service even after giving all enquiry answer also telling to call registered mobile number it’s not fare enough. Even after giving all details why need call from registered number. Also when application download starting coming 2 option Ratibi or personal after choose anyone after again not possible to change to other option? So need solution on this.

Poor Customer care response
Hi I am Dr Modi here , I started to use Payit 2 yrs ago. After that I changed my mob device. I was not able to login in new device. For that I sent mail to payit but no one is bothering to reply. Today I called to customer care, customer care verify me by name , mob no but she was asking me last transaction amount that was done 2 yrs ago . I said I don’t know she told me it’s process otherwise they can’t activate my account in my new device.
It’s strange how person remembered the amount of transaction before 2 yr. I said any alternate option she said no. I asked you can verify by mob number , ask my emirates id, passport no even my job address. But I am failed. I asked do home verification but she said it’s not possible.
It’s difficult to communicate with payit , first of all customer care help line start with 600 so you have to pay for calling. Moreover you have to wait 15-20 min to reach if you are lucky otherwise it’s take more time. After all you are the right customer but difficult to prove on verification that you are the same person. I really unhappy by using this account. I am elite customer of FAB since 6 yrs but I don’t expect this.

I was using this app since From 4 months or it’s before. From my Side this is a good app for every one who’s living in UAE because this much of speed in money crediting is really awesome. I am started converting all of my friends to the app and make them happy in money transfer level. Finally a Small Suggestion is that the Conversion Rate you’re giving to India is Not so Good. But some of money exchanges are Giving better than our Payit app. I hope you people are understand and think about it
