App crash on forgot password
I have been a user since last 7-8 years. Recently, i have come across a bug , your application crashes, When i try to scan emirates id on forgot password option. I have tried multiple times and for some reason although i am entering the correct password, i get an error message “oh no! Something went wrong”.
Lethargic Service
The service has some amazing offerings such as discounts on dining, able to set aside budget for various wish lists and so on. However, when we really do need their service is when they turn their back on us. The customer service is extremely poor and lethargic. The usual average response time is in minutes while Liv.’s customers service representatives reply anywhere from couple of hours later until 24 hours. The response is poor on the in app chat, on Instagram handle and even on email. Reading them on email is another hassle. To top it all, they have no call center to get in touch with. Regarding the last chat, I reached out to the representative at 5:25 PM and it said the estimated waiting time is couple of hours. Which in itself was super annoying. I waited all day but there was no response. Then I was blessed with a reply from the representative THE NEXT day at 10:40 AM and they closed the case the very minute. It really begs the question if they are superior and we are inferior.

I’ve shutdown my account due to a horrible app and terrible service!
Opened up my account a couple of years ago, faced issues with accessing the app multiple times over the years where I was unable to access my funds, that was a wake-up call for me to open a ‘serious’ account in ENBD (it’s the same) and it was time to shutdown the Liv account. The customer service is absolutely horrible with long waiting times and a deplorable chatbot if not a real person responding after 18-24 hours. The app is very buggy and risky as well. I have faced issues where my funds simply disappeared from my account without any form of record. Had to contact customer service for that. If you’re ever in an emergency with a Liv account, best of luck to you. Their branding and marketing is great though.
